FIREFIGHTER (£24,191 - £32,244)
Day-to-day firefighting and fire safety work
A trainee firefighter’s basic wage is £23,833, after completion of the training course your salary will increase to £24,286. After approximately 18 months of development your salary will increase to £31,767 as a fully competent firefighter.
CREW MANAGER (£34,269 - £35,747)
In charge of the crew and the fire appliance
Can deputise for the Watch Manager

Attends incidents as officer in charge of an appliance
